Honda Hornet 2.0 is the most recommended street bikes available in India. The major attraction is the184cc single-cylinder air-cooled mill on the Hornet 2.0 which is the largest of Honda makes in India. It develops 17.27PS at 8,500rpm and 16.1Nm at 6,000rpm. A healthy mid-range performance is ensured by Honda through this motorcycle. These figures aren’t comparable to 200cc motorcycles like the TVS Apache RTR 200 4V or the Bajaj Pulsar NS 200. The simple five-speed transmission is one of the main features of Honda Hornet 2.0. The merit like Honda’s first made-in-India product to offer a USD fork is goes to Honda Hornet bikes. It is the most affordable motorcycle on sale along with USD fork.  A preload-adjustable monoshock is attached to a box-section swingarm at the rear. Hornet 2.0 design has resemblance with its previous models. This provides the customer a kind of familiarity because it looks quite similar to its predecessor: the CB Hornet 160R. The Honda Hornet provides sharp tank extensions, edgy body panels, and the chunky gold USD fork keep up the sporty trait that one associates. The special features include a blue backlit LCD digital cluster displays odo, trip, gear position indicator, speedometer, bar-type tachometer, a clock, a fuel gauge etc. Unfortunately, there’s no range or distance-to-empty feature. Even though Honda Hornet has an engine kill switch which was obvious, it offers a hazard toggle switch. It is best suited for the city riders.

 

Motorcycles like the Bajaj Pulsar 180F and the TVS Apache RTR 180 2V are its primary rivals while aims to position the Hornet 2.0 between the 1600cc and 200cc bikes in India. But in view of its pricing, the larger Pulsar NS 200 and Apache RTR 200 4V are the main competitors.

 

The Honda Hornet 2.0 Price in Delhi starts from Rs.1.29 Lakh (ex-showroom). The Honda Hornet 2.0 is available in 2 variants.
